The English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) is the required state test for English language proficiency (ELP) that must be given to students whose primary language is a language other than English. The California Department of Education developed a new way to share student score reports for CAASPP and Summative ELPAC tests in 2019. These State Assessment Student Score Reports will be available electronically through the Parent Portal of Q instead of through the mail.
